How do I place an order as a reseller? |

You can place an order by phone (604-692-2500), fax (604-692-2575) or email. Please include the following information with your order:
- the products you would like to order.
- company information including name, address, phone and fax, and a contact email.
- the name of the person authorizing the order.
- shipping address (if different from the billing address).
- also please specify if the order is rushed and you need courier shipping.
- payment information ( we accept credit cards, mail, money orders, and wire transfers)
Note: We accept download orders and physical CD shipment orders. We can also set up the downloads so they are sent directly to your customers or drop ship any physical orders if necessary. |

Can your products be used on a network? |

Yes, we offer site licensing for educational institutions. Please email us for pricing. There are a few different options available:
1. We can send you all the copies you require on CD (shipping charges apply).
2. We can send you one master CD and however many installation codes you require (free shipping and handling).
3. We can send you all the copies by download (no shipping or handling charges). |

What sales/marketing materials are available to me as a reseller? |

All of our marketing materials can be found on our sales aids page. They include brochures for our PC and MAC products, a product catalog, pricing/isbn list, customer list, product demos, product images/print files, and our reseller marketing postcards. You can print out these postcards, add your information, and mail them to your customers to generate sales. |
